1956 CAMERA-LITE Model B ~ Cigarette Lighter SPY CAMERA w/ box, film, instruction, vinyl carrying case, & photo taken by the camera.  There are also 2 tiny film cassettes and foil from film included.  The original box top has all its edges, but one is not attached.  This is a wonderfully complete example to add to your camera / subminiature collection!
