Dragon Naturally Speaking 11.5 Home Edition w/ Headset - Open Box -
This voice dictation software is in an open box however the software disc is still sealed (with serial number on back for registration).  The headset looks to be unused as well but the sticker seal has come off.  There is also some documentation.
PAYMENT
On fixed-price listings payment is due at time of sale
If you purchase more than 1 item I will combine the shipment and refund you whatever the difference is.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship the next business day, as long as they are received by 8PM Eastern Time
Shipping is generally via US Postal Service, however on heavier items I may add Fedex as an option...please be sure to select the cheaper option!
With the exception of items with free shipping, all other shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and your location.
RETURNS
I generally
do not
accept returns as most of my items are sourced from various second-hand stores and sales and are sold as-is.
If for any reason reason I cannot test a used item's functionality I will allow a return even if the listing says otherwise, just please let me know ASAP so I can make it right.
Any items that are factory sealed cannot be returned once they are opened.
Please know that even though a listing may say no returns, eBay still has a guarantee.  If there is a problem with the item that was not explained in the description please contact me ASAP, I will make it right!
