This is not one of those fancy and shiny Baat Jaam Do you play around a few times and leave on display
If you haven't done years of pole training or even a pair of strong forearms, I wouldn't use them lightly unless you want to get injured or tennis/golfer's elbow.
One sword alone is a little under 3 lbs, it's like holding dumbbells to practice.
The shape of the swords closely resembles the "Stabbing" type used in some Duncan Leung, Yuen Kay San & Moy Yat lineages
Also included a Vertical/Hybrid Sheath to store and carry your BJD.
You can fold the case down to expose both handles for quick draw.... but I hope you don't need to be in a situation like this.
