I have a pretty decent amount of Minox stuff so it might be wise to start letting go of a few things...
Minox B Black Version, feet/Imperial scale, Complain lens, Green and ND filters
Serial Number: 805 108
Has been stored in case (darkness) to protect light meter and on the lowest shutter speed to reduce wear on mechanism.
As a side note, it amazes me at how some sellers can profess that these several decades-old cameras are in 'great condition' while they haven't even been stored with the lowest shutter speed selected (the non-electronic ones at least). I have a couple cameras that I need to get around to having fixed that have slow/improper shutter operation potentially brought on by how they were stored.
Cosmetically, the camera is in decent shape, imperfections here and there. Focus wheel is smooth and free-moving. However, it does not spin completely to the 8" mark. This may be the results of a necessary adjustment by DAG but has never been a problem during use for me.
Otherwise it is ready to go and be used! No need to locate costly voltage reducing battery packs such as on the C models (as original mercury batteries are not avaliable. I get my film from Blue Moon Camera in Portland, OR. They develop as well if you do not have the facilities to do so. Manuals can be found for free online, although there are great books on using Minox cameras.
